Flavour launched on 24th June, and I was so excited to share it with you. I'm working on getting this up ON DEMAND, and it isn't far off! 


You can work through the class at your own pace, login 24/7 whenever it suits you, from anywhere in the world.

A little bit about me

As a pioneer, leader and respected authority of the whole foods industry, I’ve been living a whole food life way before it was a buzzword for healthy living. It’s taken me years to learn what I know, but a lifetime to truly understand it and place it within a wholistic framework. 

My wholistic all-encompassing approach condenses everything that I’ve learnt, practised and refined over 25 years of teaching and writing five bestselling, award-winning whole food cook books.

I love to take you below the surface, giving you the in-depth information and practical tools you need to bring genuinely wholesome and healthy food into your lives, even on the busiest of days. I know it works, and I know that it will effect delicious, nourishing changes for you and those you love, far more easily than you may think possible.

When does the class start?

The class starts on Monday 24th June with access to all course materials.

Can I work through the class at my own pace?

Yes. But don't forget that I will be here for the first four weeks for any questions and guidance needed.

What dates and times are the webinars?

Wednesdays 26th June, 3rd, 17th and 24th July 8.30PM AET (Sydney). 

What if I can't make one of the live webinars, will they be recorded?

Yes, they will be. If you miss any of the webinars held during the class,a recording will be available within 48 hours so you will be able to catch up before the next webinar or view them at a more suitable time.

 

Does this class cover baking?

Whilst the experiential learnings of taste will benefit you when it comes to baking, no. this class does not cover baking. 

I’m vegan or vegetarian, or have allergies and intolerances. Is this class right for me?

Yes, absolutely. The recipes cover a broad range of needs, along with suggestions of how to alter them to suit differing dietary requirements. The knowledge and skills you learn here will also ensure a great tasting end result, no matter what your needs.

How long do I have access to the program?

You have lifetime access to the materials and the class can be accessed across any and all devices.
