Spelt and Barley Savoury Scones

I've been playing around with different flours and butter ratio's for my scones, using more of a layering technique, and really happy with the end result.

Please note I'm still playing around with  these home videos, I know it is not the clearest of videos (unlike the very high quality videos you will find in my classes). Still, I hope you find it helpful and informative.
