Welcome to the Art and Craft of Wholefood Baking, I'm so looking forward to meeting and working with you.
To get the most out of the course, I encourage you to bake the recipes provided, and ultimately convert or create your own, if that's something of interest to you. The best way to learn and integrate the extensive information provided is by doing.
To do that, you'll need to stock your pantry. I know sourcing can take time and is sometimes tricky, so you'll find a Wholefood Baking Pantry List to download below. I've ticked all the ingredients we are using, with suggestions of brands.
Regarding the flour options.
Flours are notoriously tricky, and I would recommend you hold off purchasing them until we chat about them in our first Zoom Get Together on Thursday 16th August.
I understand you may not want to bake everything in the class, some may not suit your specific needs. However, other than flours and dairy restrictions, getting a head start on stocking your wholefood baking pantry will allow you the opportunity to learn by baking, creating and converting sooner!
